CERELAC WITH MASHED POTATO

Ingredients

CERELAC wheat and milk

1 medium size potato

Instructions:

1. Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC Wheat and Milk (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions.

2. Peel and cube the potato, then wash well with water.

3. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and cook potatoes until tender.

4. Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water for three minutes to stop the cooking process.

5. In a bowl, mash the potatoes using the back of a spoon. Add CERELAC then mix.

6. Feed baby with just enough, about 5 tablespoons.
